Here's What to Do
Simply complete the form below to provide us your details and what house/room number you need a key for. Once you have completed this form you will be redirected to a payment page to make a card payment. Replacement keys are £25.
Once payment is made someone will be in touch within 24 hours during Monday – Friday and arrange for your new key to be issued 🔑
(please note once a key is ordered and paid for it is non refundable – you will need to collect the key from our office, we do not post replacement keys for security reasons)
Out Of Hours
Lost Your Key Out Of Office Hours
Lost keys are not considered an urgent issue, but if you cannot wait and need a key urgently outside of our office hours, then there is a £50 call out charge plus the £25 key charge which will be payable immediately when a staff member gets in touch, so best to reach out to your housemates to see if someone can let you in until the office is open (Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm)
