Our properties raise the bar for shared student accommodation. Our aim is to design and create co-living spaces that tenants will love; a home away from home! As former students ourselves, we know what students will want from Uni accommodation. That is why we try and incorporate all aspects of student life into each project, from a spacious communal area with large flat screen TV’s to hang out and socialise with your housemates, modern kitchens with integrated appliances, and double bedrooms with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and luxurious en-suites with rainfall showers.
Bunked burst into life in early 2018 after (Nick and Simon) our two founders joined forces. In a few short years the business has grown rapidly. We have ambitious growth plans over the next decade to expand our high quality accommodation to several other University cities across the UK. As with many University towns and cities across the U.K. there is a shortage of quality second and third year student accommodation. Based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, we are renowned property investors and developers in the area.
