Get in touch to arrange a viewing. Once you have viewed the property and want to reserve it, we take a non-refundable holding deposit of £200 per person that is then deducted from your first months rent. Then once you have signed tenancy agreements, we take a damage deposit of 5 weeks rent prior to you moving in. That’s it.

No, rents are fully inclusive of all bills, so you just have one simple payment.

Yes every property is fully furnished to a high standard. However, we do not include crockery and kitchenware other than a kettle, toaster and a microwave.

Yes all properties come with superfast fibre broadband as standard.

No, there are no hidden charges or admin fees.

Tenancies are typically for 11 months / 48 weeks. If you wish to continue renting the property you will need to let us know ASAP to renew your tenancy.

Yes you can pay weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Rents are payable in advance.

We recommend you set up a standing order to pay your rent by bank transfer.

Your tenancy agreement will outline when your rent is due, but it depends on when your tenancy starts. Rent is always paid in advance.

We do monthly inspections to take care of any maintenance issues, carry out fire alarm tests and ensure everything is OK.

Your deposit will be protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and will be returned at the end of your tenancy minus any damages or rent arrears.
