The kitchen and lounge are open plan and form the main shared space, with modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. A large flatscreen television is fitted in the lounge. Outside, the rear garden is private, with ample space for summer day sunbathing.

Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent, superfast fibre broadband too, and there are no separate accounts to manage. The house has gas central heating throughout. It can be let as a whole house to one group, or room by room to individuals.
