Our properties raise the bar for shared student accommodation. Our aim is to design and create co-living spaces that tenants will love; a home away from home! As former students ourselves, we know what students will want from Uni accommodation. That is why we try and incorporate all aspects of student life into each project, from a spacious communal area with large flat screen TV’s to hang out and socialise with your housemates, modern kitchens with integrated appliances, and double bedrooms with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses and luxurious en-suites with rainfall showers.

Simon is a professional property investor and landlord. He has been investing in property since 2010 whilst working in recruitment. Since then he has grown a significant investment property portfolio in London and the South Coast.

Nick has been involved in property investing and developing in both the U.K. and U.S.A. since his early twenties. Having also been involved in a variety of other businesses, growing start-ups through to their successful acquisition.
